The process of creating an image doesn’t need to end after you press the shutter button. In fact, that can be just the start of the photographic creative process. Whether your main camera is a DSLR or a smartphone, post processing can take your images to next level.

In this course we will cover the basics of Adobe Lightroom CC. Since this app is available on multiple platforms (iOS, Android, MacOS & Windows) and syncs to the cloud, it’s perfect for when you want to do a quick edit on your phone or a more complicated one on your home computer.

Basic image processing
Cropping and Straightening a crooked photo
Adjusting lighting and color
Organizing your images into galleries
Sharing your photographs by exporting or web gallery
Backing up your images
Class follow-up.
At the end of class, you will pick a small post-processing assignment to complete and then post the results to our exclusive Street Shots Online community. Here you can share your images with the instructor and the rest of the class to get feedback on your work.

Class Requirements:
You must have a working knowledge of your computer and how to navigate in the operating system and how to install apps.
Free or paid version of Lightroom CC already installed on your computer. You may also use Lightroom on your iPad or Smartphone since both desktop and mobile versions have the same features.
You can download a trial version Adobe Lightroom for free for 7 days but make sure it will still be active on the day of the class.
